Most flat-rate books are set up to account for worst-case, high-cost scenarios. But if your repair turns out to be simple, you may be overpaying. We charge by the hour because we feel it’s the best way to make sure that you only pay for what’s done. Our standard service rates are $185 for the first hour and $140 per hour after that (prorated to the quarter hour), plus material costs. Help is on the way!

• 2 year warranty on parts and labor for new construction projects
• 6 year warranty for standard water heater tank and parts with a 2 year labor warranty
• 2 year parts and labor warranty for any boiler or tankless installation (additional manufacturer’s warranty applies)
