Chris Coleman, the owner, and all of his men, particularly Mike and Chuy, have been exceptional. Highest praise. Not only their expertise, but with an eye to fine installation and meeting the customer’s needs. We’re grateful that they’re plumbing and installing for our new addition. The new water heaters and water system have been engineered carefully and will create more than enough hot water as well as being energy efficient. We’re fortunate that A Perfect Plumber is on our project.

Mitch has been nothing but honest and amazing! We had all four toilets replaced and at a substantially lower price than other quoted companies. Also, the front office staff is always a pleasure to speak with making sure that we know what’s going on, always. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A Perfect Plumber – They are all perfect around here!

First time using A Perfect Plumber and I couldn’t be more impressed. The dispatch team did a great job letting me know when the plumber would be here. Mitch showed up right on time and did an exceptional job. He replaced numerous shut off valves including one in the ceiling of my basement that was not easy and ran a new line to the refrigerator and left no mess at all. Very impressed and I will be using them again.

Dale came to do the annual maintenance on our Navien tankless water heater and he was amazing. Super pleasant and easy to talk to and and patiently answered all my questions. He was so honest and helpful. A Perfect Plumber will now be my go to vendor my plumbing needs.

What an excellent Experience with Perfect Plumber, my hot water heater broke after only 4 months of moving into this money pit of a home. Needless to say I was quite stressed about the situation, but Susan was great, she took great care in calming me, instructed me what she needed from me in order to find the replacement model, which she did and at a good price. The installers Todd & Tyler arrived on time, communication was terrific and 2-hours later the install was complete. I’ve not had many positive experiences in the past few months but Perfect Plumber has renewed my faith caring folks do exist.
