The leak was found and fixed, which we appreciate. That being said the tech used the residents vacuum and left it full with drywall debris. The resident was pretty upset. I am sure your techs have shop vacs in their vehicles but must not have wanted to go get it.

The service I received from the people at Perfect Plumber was nothing short of Excellent Plus from Tammy who took my call, Rick who handled the removal and installation of my hot water heater and Mitch and Clay who worked as a team with Rick. I highly recommend this company!
